why are other bots updated already and HB takes this long to update. I am a coder myself so I understand MOST of the logistics behind coding. So I somewhat understand the QA, and UT, deployment etc. behind it all but, I just noticed 3 other bots already updated and functional with the new wow patch. Just like no 2 people code the same I assume no 2 bots are the same, though I think I know the answers I will get back, I just thought I would ask.
 
Honorbuddy is much, MUCH more complicated than any other bot there. There are way more offsets and such to update.

All other bots on the market are small '20 offset' bots. These bots can be updated quickly, but have very limited capabilities.

Conversely, Honorbuddy provides a spectrum of bots with over 3000 offsets. If you choose to compare the feature set and capabilities of the disparate bots, then do the math to figure out a 'reasonable' ETA: (3000 offsets / 20 offsets) * 2 hours.

We would also like to point out that the smaller bots do not offer sophisticated (or any) anti-bot detection to preserve your WoWaccount investment.

Most bots use 10 - 30 offsets. I'm pretty sure it was stated honorbuddy uses over 3000. I'm sure you'll understand if you have a background in development.
 
anytime anybody asks something equal to that, a release gets delayed by 5 hours.

I REALLY hope its a fast update and not much changed, I raid in 5 1/2 hours and my dps is shit without HB I've been spoiled
 
I dont play wow with out honor buddy its SHIT WITH OUT HB I best go see my wife and tell her I love her! :(

mashing my keys is a horrible thing to do my keys are very sensitive and dont like beatings:( They love the flow of me just walking around
 
I know I am probably going to get trolled but I was just curious if there was any sort of ETA. Any chance of release in a matter of hours or are we talking tomorrow?

Could be days just like how it was after 5.4.
As for right now, I'm enjoying my RBG's without botters ruining it for everyone.

there is no ETA.

but - if this is just a small patch, which doesn't change lots of internals, i guess a new version would be up in 1-72h (most likely ~8-24h)

this is just a guess though.
