The bot doesn't use it's skills - can't find a setting to fix it

It only auto attacks :/
I tried to change the Spell Priority in the Class Settings - didn't help.

No idea what setting did I mess up.
It does it on low level mobs, it kinda uses it's skills on high/equal level mobs.

Any ideas?

It does use Charge, but it's a protection warrior, so you can imagine how good is the auto attack dps...
