This is hard to AFK solo. My Rogue (ilvl 470) regularly pulls 3 or even 4 mobs and dies. Without buff food and health potions and bandages, this is mostly a corpse run.

use a combat routine like TuanHARogue, set the burst to cooldown, the healing ability to ~80 and your rogue will have no problem. Mine works well with this setup
