I think the problem with your posts/files is that you don't provide information. To accompany these guides, I really think you ought to have provided the builds, gear recommendations, suggested profiles, etc. Logs of proof would not hurt either. I think you'd get a lot more activity, praise, support, etc.

I know, I'll do so when I have time to write description to the file(s).
 
I ill give my stats with this script

My wd got 40khp, 171k dps unbuffed , 900 all resist, 3500 armor
U need Life Steal to do this, i got 2,9%

Running on Act 1 (with Weep XP Act1 v7.1 Profile) MP 6 - Paragon 3x

I got:
440kgp/h
80kkxp/h
No Death

Using this build:
Witch Doctor - Game Guide - Diablo III

Edit:

I use Scoudrel as follower with CC skills, Blind Amulet with attack speed, high attack speed ring and a Buriza with high freeze chance and pierce chance, i like this combination with that WD build

Hmm seems WitchDoctor.cs (that sabzingeur provided) identical to that one from Trinity plugin:)
 
do i have to rename it as "Trinity" and replace the original file in the Trinity folder? sorry im new to DB and i cant make this routine work as it is :)

Im using similair setup as you. 46k hp 170k dps 800 all res and 3.3 armor. I die alot on mp 6 and my max exp/h is around 24kk :S got any other setings?
 
i am using mana regen helm, dagger and offhand

it helps me a lot
