Hello.

I have been using HB a little time.

I used "pangaea-grinding-profiles" profile (leveling via grind) and "kicks-mega-profile-packs" profile (leveling via quest).

After some time when i switched between these two profiles and used both of them alternately I suddenly found that some my souldbound green and blue items (for second spec) from backpack were sold to vendor!!!

Items, which were dressed on character, remained intact.

Tell me please, who is responsible for selling valuable items?

1. HonorBuddy bot itself
2. One of the profiles
3. AutoEquip plugin

Sorry for my bad English. I will be grateful for any help.

Glancing at their profiles. Both of them tell the bot to sell green items, but Kick's will also sell blue items. You're responsible for adding specific items you wish to keep in the Protected Items.xml file of Honorbuddy. You could change the profile to not sell items of these rarity, but you would have to edit ALL of them.

Also if you don't know, you can go to Battle.net and on your account page find the item restoration feature and can have the items sent back to you if you cared enough for them.

Tony, the problem is i don't know which log exactly contain deleting information. How should i determine that? I've tried to open some logs relating to that night, when deleting is occured, and search for the name of deleted item and for the item's id but found nothing.

I have just understood that my Gnomregan tabard was sold too. It seems something deletes not just equipment but ALL items with some quality. But food/drink is stiill in the bag. I hope this information will help to determine the causer.

And i tried to go to the battlenet restoration page (it gave me information that my items were sold to vendor, i had not known that before and wondered where's my stuff). But as far as i know i can restore only 1 item per month, but i'm missing lots of items.

In both Kick's and Pangaea profiles there are DOZENS of sub-profiles on separate levels. Should i edit all of them or just meta-profile(?) like [A - Quest] EK 12-58 [Kick].xml?

Yes if you look at this Questing Profile Template at the top you see the parameters for item quality it will delete. I would have thought tabards are included in the Protected Items.xml list, but anything not in there will be deleted if enabled in the profile. Lots of foods and useful white things are kept.

If you open a profile with a text editor (Notepad, preferably Notepad++ or similar) and use Ctrl+H you can replace code like <SellBlue>True</SellBlue> to <SellBlue>False</SellBlue>. I haven't looked through all of the subprofiles, but typically there are only one set of these in a profile. Ctrl+H will replace all of them if there are multiples anyway. Now, when another profile is loaded the settings will be overridden by that of the newer profile, which is why I said you'd need to edit all profiles you plan to use.

Kick's profile wont mail white items, and has the idea to sell them, but if you make a quick alt and set HB to mail things to it Green quality items and above will be safe from getting sold.

also make sure if your using something like Mr.ItemRemover or similar, that ITS not removing those items.

I use only TidyBags and AutoEquip.
But TidyBags' author told me that his plugin couldn't sell it.

who said it sold them, if they where soulbound items they would of had to been removed.

Soulbound items can be sold to vendors....

@ Op I have used both profiles and this is kicks questing that preforms this action. ANYTIME you bot, you should ALWAYS put valuables in bank. Lesson learned hopefully.
