So, today it missed out "Not in Chee Chee's Backyard".

Interestingly, after I flew back halfhill (it hearthed me to shrine...), when I restarted it today, it's now gone and started that quest. In the past it's just popped up the "all dailies complete" message right away.

Did have some issues today that might make the log a bit less clear, as WoW crashed a few times so had to stop and restart. Also it was looking for Farmer Feng in wrong place so I had to do that quest manually.

It's also not doing "Farmer Fung's Vote III" although this technically isn't a daily so not sure if it's designed to do it, but flicking over to Makkili's profile and it does them.

According to this log, when you started it (unknown if this log is before or after you performed the Tillers dailies) you had not yet cleared your cache:

[11:36:22.172 N] [UserDialog-v501(user response) @line 630]: [Attention Required...] WARNING: Previously completed quests detected!

Either you have done some of you quests already, and have restarted the bot...
OR your cache folder is NOT clean, and must be deleted, and bot restarted.
Disposition: Continuing profile due to User request

You must delete the HB\Cache folder BEFORE and NOT WHILE running HB.
Dailies can and will be skipped because of this reason. The one you listed as skipped is supported.
Not all YELLOW quests are supported yet. But not all yellow quests are available at the start of the run. When your rep hits a certain level, more become available, and that occurs after the run is complete.
Running another profile which does the same exact thing would obviously pick up things that weren't available at the start.

If the NPCs are not in the Tillers Market, it will not go searching for them. If they aren't in the market, that means they aren't supplying dailies for the day.

End of Profile...if you're seeing this something borked! (Check your QBs and that you have a Hearthstone!)

When i start the daily plugin:

This Error:


Error trying to save the settings file: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\Matteus\Desktop\Honorbuddy 2.5.7434.647\Settings\Azralon\C?tatau\CharacterSettings.xml' because it is being used by another process.

The cache was cleared, as I always do, *before* starting HB..... I did try to explain in my post that you would see this warning as WoW had crashed as so it was detecting some already completed quests. Today was a bad example - I'll see if I can get a cleaner log on my run on my next toon or tomorrow.

I know that some yellow quests may not get done. That's not the issue.

I also know about hitting different rep levels unlocking quests mid way through - that's not the issue here either.

If hearth is on cooldown, transition to next profile will fail. Bot must be able to cast a hearth spell to trigger the transition.

Can anyone explain to me? This happens when I try to start the dailys. I also have seen this message when trying kicks questing comp.

Because your QB folder contains outdated or bad qb's. namely the one listed. Fresh install of HB will remedy.
 
i stopped it, after dailies reset ill run it again, attach log and explain why!

You are getting a repeated error message of:
Unable to save: The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open.
Few reasons for this:
1) Running multiple characters on 1 HB install simultaneously. If this is the case, try running it with only 1 character at a time to see if it remedies it.
2) Anti-virus software may be blocking the functionality of the bot. Either disable, or add HB to the "safe" list (depending on what you run or whatnot)

Also: if for any reason you or HB stops the bot prematurely, do not go back into the plugin and hit start again. Doing so resets it to go back to run Daily Grind, which should only be run ONCE per session. Running it again will generate a false "i'm done" message to the plugin, and results in skipped profiles. If for any reason the bot stops (by your hand or its own) simply hit start on HB again to restart it. Otherwise, restart HB if you plan to run the bot through the plugin again.

The issue with it not being able to stop the hearth from casting and/or swap profiles is likely stemming from the above error. If my remedy does not fix the issue for you, please open a ticket with that log file in the HB Support thread.
 
It's doing the previously mentioned (by me) bug at the tillers again. I fixed it manually. but is there any way I can just completely disable the pre-req check, as I have already done them for sure on that character.

Same answer as before:
WoW Cache Corruption
Close WoW, Close HB
Delete HB\Cache
Delete WoW\Cache
Delete WoW\Data\Cache
Reopen WoW
Reopen HB

can be caused by running multiple chars on 1 install of HB

If HB is detecting quests you've completed as not completed, this is an issue coming from WoW.
 
how come sometime the bot will not accept the new quest?

it will interact with npc, go to new quest, but not accept and repeat
 
The Angler, when trying to interact with Fisherman Haito, sometimes it will be under the dock and stuck there trying to interect
 
OK, call me retarded cause I probably am. Trying to get this up and running for the first time but feel like I'm missing a couple of things.

First of all, Quest Behaviors. I'm using a fresh install of honorbuddy, with only your plug-in added but I'm crashing everytime I instruct the plugin to start (selecting Golden Lotus daily only). I noticed you mentioned to a few others to use Kicks quest behaviors or yours from your guys SVN's. Well your SVN is offline now, and Kicks quest behavior folder is empty...Need help with that first of all.

Second of all, Is there a profile that I'm supposed to "load" under questing profiles or is all just done through the plug-in. I haven't been using a questing profile and here is what is happening.

I have removed the middle initials of my character name from the last line of the log (where the error is occuring). No idea why it isn't accessing the file properly except that I must have missed something somewhere. Yes HB is running as admin, yes it's a fresh install, no I have not done anything besides install fresh HB, install the plug-in, and try to start it with WoW running...

If you are having QB issues, then your install is not clean. Make a new folder and start from there.

You do have to start from within the plugin. Select what it is you want to do then click Start.
