Game freezing after today's DB patch..

What's wrong? My game is unbottable since my screen freezes time to time tottally and control panel shows that d3 is not responding. After i close DB i got no problems at all.. ?
What to do?

I'm still experiencing this same thing.. My bot "stutters" time to time and dunno what to do. I have dropped out all graphics to low and tried everything to make it stop, nothing helps..
I didn't have this problem before.. It worked so smoothly and no issues at all. When i close demonbuddy the game works like it should? Any help?
