Help authentication failed i just bought!!!!!

Hi im new i just bought honor buddy and keep getting an error saying authentication failed.

Make sure there are no spaces before or after your key.
You can also verify your key by signing up on the BuddyAuth website. When registering make sure to use the email you used when buying.

Make sure you have WoW opened up and you are fully logged into a character before starting up Honorbuddy.
Also make sure HB and WoW are ran with administrative privileges.

You need to run honorbuddy as admin

Try changing from Dx9 to Dx11 or vice versa.

Double check a few more things

1. WoW is set to run the 32 bit client.
2. You have .Net Framework 4 and the C++ Redistributable
3. Try temporarily disabling antivirus

Did you recently install .Net Framework or the C++ Redistributable? Try restarting and see if it just needs to take effect.

Then delete all of the logs and try again, and upload it here.
