trying to create a profile but cant get it to work

hi guys i have just started HB and i wanted to make my own grind profiles no i have read that 1,9 is HB2 and that you dont need to make your own a mesh thingy now i have made my profile just to try it out and i cant get it to work i have made a profile with profile creator 2.0 but when i try to start the profile it says :No suitable grind or quest hotspots in grind.

This looks suspicious to me. Where the heck should this be?

changed the hotdpots already but still same error
 
It's because you haven't set a <GrindArea> tag. After the opening <SubProfile>, remove the <Mesh Name> tag, and replace it with <GrindArea>. After that, scroll down near the bottom. The line BEFORE </SubProfile>, insert the line </GrindArea>.

That should fix it.

edit: ah, or iggi could be on to something as well. maybe your character is too low or too high level for what you've specified.

The bottom one should be </GrindArea></SubProfile>

Each thing in between <> is an "element". Each time you "open" an element, you have to close it. Closing is done by putting a "/" before the name of the element, much like in HTML.

So the first time, you are opening <SubProfile> and <GrindArea>. At the end, you need to close them. So those ones will be </GrindArea> </SubProfile>..

I hope I explained that clearly enough..

Commas in your hotspots instead of periods? localization ftl ;(
 
trying it now i have it working but he just staning there doing nothing he does buff himself but thats it

even tryed the one iggi and likwid but he doesnt do anything

Try changing the commas in your hotspots to periods.

edit: or it could be downloading the mesh if this is the first time it's ran successfully there. Just give it a minute and see if it starts moving.
