Can I use a combat routine without a profile

I was wondering if there was a way to use a combat routine say in a public game without using a profile. Like doing key runs in public games and moving my hero and then having the combat routine attack enemies when they are around. Either belphegor or trinity

You need to use a profile.

Trinity as a combat routine.

Let me explain it further. Combat routine is like your fighting style whereas profile is the way you move around(at what quest and so on and so forth)
