Remotely stop Honorbuddy and close WoW

I want to be able to close Honorbuddy on my PC remotely. I am considering developing the application myself, but first I would like to know if someone already did that.

Is an application like this already available?

I got the programe systeam care and I have there an programe that will shutdown your pc when you set an time
I know that there are a few programes for the imac but not for windows

How... is TeamViewer 'not easy enough' for you?

It's free, supports mobile and is widely used.

just use for windows -> start button -> type in the search field "powershell" and open it -> type in the command " sleep 1800; shutdown -s" and your whole system will shutdown after 30 mins, you can ofcourse choose a time by yourself
