TL2 freezes after pressing start

I've pinpointed this down to what is causing it. I noticed the only time TL2 freezes is when I have profiles loaded. If I remove the profiles it works just fine.

The second one I started playing manually after it wouldn't move

Tested that and it did not work

this is a common bug... happens to alot and laso my friends have problems with that.. I have to restart tl2 for like 5 times to make it work

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I did that of course. I did everything in the stickied help thread. Still nothing. Only happens when profiles are loaded.
