exactly as the title says. put in code and windows says DB isn't responding and immediately starts looking for a solution to the problem.

I've deleted and reinstalled a hundred times. Part of the problem is that there's not two pieces of information on this entire forum that agree except when it comes to bans. The user manual differs from the instructions on the 'getting started' thread on this forum and both differ from any instructions you'll see on how to install any individual profile. Everybody wants you to install some version of trinity, none of which seem to work with whatever version of trinity comes standard with the latest DB release (which, by the way, you have no way of knowing is already installed because there's no trinity folder in the profiles folder. You have to discern that there are conflicting versions from the error log, IF you can get past the login screen).

At this rate my 'free' trial is going to expire before I even get the damn thing working.

Srsly, how can so many people supposedly be doing this if its so god damn complicated??

in the help folder there is the dependancy installer, run it.

No dice. Same error. Log reads normal but just quits recording after attaching to window. Its like its freezing hard always at the same time.

Indeed, this is the beta build I downloaded and half the games on my computer run on net frameworks, so that's all good too. In any case, the dependency installer verifies and fixes both of these so the problem is not with either of them. Apparently I'm better at following directions than you are at reading forum posts . . .

I think many people will help you after your thankful reply

Wonderful! If they're suggestions are as helpful as yours, I will be truly thankful. One more question: does the computer have to be plugged in for DB to work?
