The advertised 99.9% uptime metric seems to be a bit ambitious.

the auth servers are up, the forum is up, the site is up. the ONLY reason you cant bot right now is theres not a version for the new version of wow IF you had one RIGHT NOW you would be able to bot. everythings up, but even Microsoft takes time to release patches and updates.
 
Not to detract from CnG's answer, HB development is a reactive approach to patching and Microsoft is a proactive approach to patching.

HB can't be patched until Blizzard have released the patched WoW client.

Trust me, they are working 24 hours a day, tied to their chairs by duct tape and held at gunpoint by monkeys with potato guns. They are working as fast as humanly possible, because none of us want to listen to or reply to these repetitive threads that keep popping up every time a patch is released.

As if that 99.9% uptime advertised was referring to the forums and everything besides the bot. LOL..who cares about the forum being up 24/7. Just saying they are NOT 99.9% "Guaranteed" unless you talk about everything but the bot...like the web, auth, microwave, coffee maker, AC in the server room. I can understand why they are down and don't criticise them for that just the misleading avdvertisement was all i was pointing out.

so? you made a thread just to complain then about the line not because you have an issue with it?

thread closed, we have BETTER things we can be doing with our time then debating what 99.9% uptime means.

we do our BEST to ensure that the bot is out as fast. stable and safe botting experience as soon we can after a patch but we cannot control blizzard.
