Apoc didn't say "we don't care about customers". In fact, quite the opposite, he said customer's investments are our main concern. Here's the quote:

Your Apoc quote of "customers have no bearing on our release timeline" effectively said 'no amount of whining is going to make us jepordize our customer's safety'.

You've deliberately and completely misinterpreted Apoc's comment.
