Keep getting this message here are my logs please help with fixing if you can!

I have tried 3 different ones with the same result. galkaizer 5.1, Fallendev keyrun, act 3 inferno by rrrix.

Whenever I try to load the profile it gives the error- Failed to load profile: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

make a new DB installation from scratch and make sure your profiles are updated
