used it for at least 100 chars by now (time period: at least 6 month) => no ban
 
Every SoR account i had got banned using kick's, every normal paid account using same kick profiles alive and well.
 
Imo, we have to adjust the poll to : Who has been banned/not banned in EU and who has been banned/not banned in US using Kick's profiles
 
SoR, Recruit a friend, -rebate/deal- keys are almost already flagged even before you log in. Friend of mine used kick's profil for about 4 hours on a SoR got his account banned while i never had problem on my main which i use to raid and farm stuff(manualy) on daily basics.

The poll is a bit wrong imo, Eu/US like Exelon said, i don't think this make much of a difference but it should be more something like

5$ Deal kick's banned
SoR, RaF, 5$ kick's live
Normal kick's banned
Normal Kick's lived

i'm shure those who get banned from a normal account that doesn't do anything than kick's profile prolly been botting more then 5-6hrs a day un-checked.
 
Hmm, I'm sure someone will have already pointed this out but isn't it rather obvious more people will have been banned while using Kick's profiles.

Simply because more people use them. If 10,000 people use Kicks and 50 get banned and some other profile has perhaps 100 users and 10 get banned. Yeah you can see what I mean.

Also the chart is misleading, consider the fact that a higher percentage of the people that ran in to problems will be more willing to complain, than those that didn't run in to problems being willing to come here and say how good everything is going.

Also those that did get banned while using Kick's (notice the word "while", not for) probably did something stupid or were afk and the bot was stuck in some corner for endless hours etc.

I'm not defending Kicks because I think it's a good profile (I can't get it to work atm, but I'm a noob). I'm saying this because there will be a reason it's the most successful profile.
 
I have leveled 6 characters with Kick's profiles never even gotten a warning!
Here is some basic tips!

Don't be 100% AFK 1-90. 70% AFK 30% Monitoring should be enough if you do quality stuff while you monitoring.
This is what I do, If i see a player of the opposite faction I stop the bot and attack the player, this is a great way to break the bot pattern, while having fun pwning a scrub.
Change talents every now and then. 1-40 boomkin, 40-65 feral, The reason you lever your toon with a bot is because its boring real players change spec to make some variation, you should do the same!
Change combat routines no real player in history have done the same combat routine while leveling, Change everynow and then, and try avoiding the big numbers, Example dont change combat routine every 10 levels or 20 levels, change after 3 levels first time 7 levels next time 23 levels next time, It should look as random as possible.
While monitoring your bot sign him up for a bg or dungeon and do that manually. Will also break the botting pattern.
 
The bot can easily get stuck or even run into a mesh issue, although the whole point of using the bot is so you can go afk... you still need to watch the bot if you really don't want to be banned, it was different in glider days as it would have been a lot worse if that report tool was the same as it is now.
 
Leveling 6 accounts atm with kicks profiles, been doing around 10 hours a day on all of them for a week now. No problems here :)
 
on my tenth alt currently at level 86. All others are at 90.

STILL laughing at the people getting banned using Kicks leveling profile. You are lying when you say you watch it 90-99% because if you were you would not be banned. Kicks get stuck, A LOT. I'm constantly seeing dumbass botters in ORG just running into a fence over and over and over. Of COURSE you are going to get banned. You are using profiles that return you to main cities or high traffic areas so you get reported by MANY people all at once. GM's probably jump on that shit when 10-20 reports come in on one player. Not to mention when he looks at your alt just jamming at a wall.

They aren't perfect profiles and I have edited the shit out of mine to make them run smoother but STILL find issues. That's why I only bot when I'm here, sitting in front of the computer watching it do its thing, correcting it when I need to and watching movies on my other screen.

Thread should be closed. There is nothing wrong with Kicks profiles, its the botters.
