Lag spikes after new patch only with DB on

Hello all,
Like to seek advice and guidance on this..
I've been experiencing lag spikes when i have DB on but somehow..when I closed DB off, the lag spike is gone.

Any advice?

The log is attached.
Just FYI..the moment I stopped DB, everything is back normal.
Normal as in the movement of the game is smooth..without any "spikes"

Your logs do not show any issues. do you have another log?

@Tony, nope that didnt work as well..its weird. I dont have problems previously.

@Chulie, did the priority setting work for you?

I have this issue also, on two different PC's. Both working without lag spikes when DB isnt running.
When this began to happen my bots been dieing alot more.

Please fix this, or give us a clue what we can do.

I have the same issue, and this did not help. Set priority to "high" on both D3 and DB.

I'm still having this issue. Lag spike where the game freezes for 1-2sec every 10-15sec.
If i turn off DB everything is fine.
