Herb/mining new 5.3 changes

Hello Guys/Girls,

Does anyone know if you can level mining/herb in pandaria with the profiles here even if your skill level 1?

well, gb2 mining/herb list needs to be updated to include ghost iron ore/pandaria herbs at level 1
i hope the devs have thought about this.

can we get a comment about this devs?
 
anyone tried leveling in pandaria with herb and mining ticked? does it do it?

No it does not.

HB doesn't know that you can actually herb/mine the ores with low profession levels yet.
 
This change in 5.3 was the most important thing for GB2 and we cant even get a reply about it?
 
Updating HB is more of priority, as it logically should be.
 
I can't speak about level 1, but my Monk was 75 mining and 90 herbing and it spent about 5 hours yesterday farming in Pandaria with the bot just fine. Over 300 skill now.

Our question was if the bot can pick pandaria ore herbs with out been the 500+ level in mining/herbalism.

The OP's questions was from level one, hence why I stated that I couldn't speak for level 1. However, the the rest of you that just wanted to know about sub 500 mining/herbing then you can consider your question answered!
 
I just started at level 1 herb/mine with gatherbuddy and it works fine with a pandaria profile. the only issue is you have to manually stop the bot and go learn the next skill level of your profession. it picks up all herbs and mines in pandaria though
 
Hey Tsouth did you use a GB2 profile? or just click harvest herb/minerals in settings?

yep same here. works great besides training the next level yourself
 
I am actually using private GatherIT profiles. Any pandaria profile should work though.
 
ok, do you have to be 90 to use GB2 profiles? using at 85 and just says moving next hot spot, stands still.
