Just getting started - question about movement

Hi there!

My primary interest is to grind BGs to get some heirlooms, and as a casual player with a single account I'd prefer not to lose it - though I've accepted the fact it might happen. That said, I'd like to minimize the risk as much as possible by botting while at the computer.

After seeing the pathing in Isle of Conquest, I got a little nervous as the initial pathing his pretty predictable. I was wondering if there was a way to disable the bot from moving automatically so I would be able to move the bot where I wanted by right clicking, but just leave all the casting and targeting nonsense to the program.

I looked around in the options, but I'm blown away by the detail of Honorbuddy and haven't found any such option, and I don't want to break anything. Any advice?

Thanks.

Hi, Bolgard,

I assume you are using the Honorbuddy-shipped combat routine, Singular...

Honorbuddy
-> Settings & Tools
-> Class Config
-> there is an option to 'disable movement' on the first tab.

cheers,

Hmm - on the General tab there's a Movement section with options for "None, ClassSpecificOnly, All, and Auto." I tried changing it to "None," but that didn't seem to make a difference. Is there something I'm missing?

edit: As to the routine, I just loaded up the generic BGBuddy thingamatwig.

Why dont you try to use Combat bot or Lazy Rider? You can "drive" your toon and bot gona do all rotations. If you have only one acc that is the best way for playing + botting.

Combat bot and Lazy Rider don't have auto movement and understand, vaguely, what to do in PvP? Or understand enough to make me look like a mediocre player at the worst?

Friend understand me.... Last what you need is to auto-moove in BG. In other hand just use BG bot like other bots in your team and be reported. There is no other way to play Bgs.

I understand what you're saying - what I was asking is whether or not the rotation will be effective in PvP. I tried it out and it's glorious - as a healer, it's almost too good!
