Kudos for the hyperbole. However, there's a difference between looking and not finding something and not looking at all. The most important threads about the upcoming update are stickied, so I think at least a bit of criticism is warranted in this case. Or did you miss the recent avalanche of "HB no worky, plz hlp" threads?

Yeah.. no kid, why the hell would you buy the bot when it clearly isn't working? 5.3 launched, bot is down... TONS of threads are obviously stating that... Definitely not the best time to get it.. That was your fault, not theirs.
 
And if Tony did change the title then, Good on him as he's only telling the truth!
 
Well that was rude if that is true, I directed you to the thread where the devs give updates to the community on the HB-dev situation and just closing the thread would've been enough.

Report the moderator to an admin level, you can contact bossland customer service about your time extention and Thread name tampering here > https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/home or just click on the Contact Us button on the far bottom left of any page.

Changing the title of the thread is extremely childish Bossland is running a business it only takes one sour staff member to give the company a bad name, by the posts of the staff here they take customer service seriously.

i agree with this.

i mean, when we all start out with HB, were all clueless noobs. just remember to search the forums before posting a issue you are having. there are many guides on the forums that can give u info u will need. and of course, there is the sticky that shows the status of a HB update to 5.3...

so it was kinda your bad for not first searching the forums b4 u posted...but still no excuse for a mod to change the name of your thread like that. most of the time, the mods will just post a link to the HB status for 5.3 update and close the thread, which is fine.

so IF this is in fact true, shame on the mod who did it.

follow the guys link in the above post if u want. i think i would if i were you...

Once we have updated HB, we will extend all keys, but you also can anytime ask for refund on [email protected]

I dont get it, why we would change a topic like this, so i am asking the mods.

It was my change. I own it--do not blame Tony.

If you are going to post titles into the forum that clearly break the forum rules, a moderator has two choices.
  • Change the title
  • Delete the thread
The choice of which action to take is based on the rest of the content of the post, and how many people have responded with salient points.

Threads with titles such as "WTF"/"WTH" are vulgar and offensive. Titles are altered using non-vulgar substitutions that capture the essence of the OP's original sentiment. "I'm a clueless newb" is a more-than-adequate substitution for "WTF"/"WTH".

Its simple...
If you don't want your thread titles to be altered. Don't break the forum rules when posting:
