Dear Developers

Can we have a honorbuddy lite just for rotations so we can still raid / do dungeons even after a patch?

No it's not a l2p issue playing manually, it's being a lazyass issue.

People should Just relax, they have enough on there plate right now with updating HB without building, or stripping down HB to allow raiders to use it.

Just have patience like everyone else you should not be treated differently from non-raiders.

We pay for the bot. We are their customers. If "we" as raiders would like to see some reshuffling of priorities, we should be entitled to improvement suggestions. Those of us who want a lite version, are paying customers. It doesn't matter if we are lazy, retarded, or need to L2P. We paid for a service. Patience is one thing. Simply suggesting a few changes may garner them new business with more opportunity to make dollars. HBlite is a winning idea!
 
Don't be a filthy noob and learn rotations yourself for a couple of days. This is just madness.
 
There is no such thing as a "lite" version for botting...

To answer this question once again, addressing new content is trivial compared to the other work that must be done.

The vast bulk of the time is spent:
  • Reconstituting changes to the WoWclient object model
    This is caused by changes in game mechanics--not "new content". The game mechanics deal with things like how spells work (overrides vs normal), etc. Information is refactored--information that used to exist in one object has been shuffled to another object, or sometimes broken into pieces and scattered to several objects. This new refactoring must be analyzed and accommodated.

  • Analyzing and defeating the anti-botting measures Bliz had put in place.
    Aka, "The Warden".
    Your client-side botting safety is the primary concern--a shortcut here would be devastating to the entire Community.

  • This time Bliz switched compilers.
    So, the old patterns that were used to quickly locate, check, and update blocks of code are no longer valid. The development team must spend additional time to locate the new information, and create new patterns for it, so the next updates won't take so long.

  • Many, many more issues along this line.
Almost everything else is trivial in comparison. The time it takes to produce a 'lite' version is virtually the same it takes to produce a 'full' version. Thus, there is no such thing as a "lite" version.

We Just need to chill out and wait like everyone else, seriously.

And I believe HB has to accommodate all or nothing, it's simple really.

Now that you refeer to you guys as "raiders" how about us "pvpers" should we get one too?. And this is just not gonna happend because if they fixed it that much so they could release a lite version, they would be able to push out the full release. Calm your fucking tits and wait like us-.-

how about me? im a pvper and i have RBG's to do, should i get one too? or is it only raiders? but i can atleast play my classes without a bot lol. Just wait like everyone else does, its people like you that slow down the updates cuz you post stupid "ideas" as you may call it that a thousand other people did too and they got the answer NO!

It kinda is in some regards. The addon interface for in game use is VERY cool! However, some classes have total shit for rotations...Hunters suck pretty bad after looking closer earlier. The lock routine is great for destro but affliction sucks pretty bad.
 
PQR = light version of HB, and is always upddated within minutes of a patch.

It takes a little more control than HB, but it's a perfect band-aid if you aren't a lazy noob that needs a bot to control everything for you.
