Since we know there will eventually be a 5.4, is it too much to ask to have the devs go ahead and preemptively fix the bot for it?

no not at all just pm them and let them know of your idea... they will be glad to hear of such useful insight
 
I heard DEV's just drink Corona's on the beach and don't work on the bot anymore... but I have no evidence as of yet.

Perfect examples of why wow has the original labeling of "wow kiddie" and the community is possibly the worst since the KKK and as annoying as Barney the dinosaur. And folks there are a plethora of examples at least as good. Don't feel special nor offended that I chose your post to quote, luck of the draw :p

i don't drink, the taste of alcohol just dost agree with me, my brain goes, "Man this takes like rubbing alcohol, you shouldn't drink rubbing alcohol" so im not much for drinking.

and i live in a state that's landlocked so yea, no beaches for me.

Whip Cream vodka and Orange soda Or iced Cake Vodka and Dr pepper = Awesome drinks with no taste of Alcohol.

Standard pasta, or fancy pasta like spinach pasta, or sun-dried tomato pasta? All three are excellent choices.

I've already made 'fancy' pasta without the pasta machine, just takes hours to roll and cut by hand. Tonight I'll be doing pumpkin and cumin pasta, tomorrow I'll probably try something a little more complicated.

Oh, that sounds pretty good. I've had pumpkin pasta once before, but it was pumpkin pasta stuffed with ricotta and parmesan.
