i just got the free 24h trial acces and downloaded demon for d3, but when i start up demonbuddy.exe i get the message: program stop working : close program/look for a solution
i tried run as admin also tried compatibility mode xp sp2, but same result
what am i doing wrong?

1. Is your D3 client up to date?
2. Is your DB client up to date?

up to date? think so

D3 is : 1.0.8.16603 so yes d3 is up to date
DB is : 1.0.1425.310 is this the newest ver.?
