Can my legit account get banned if i transfer a toon from my bot account?

Title Says it all.

Basically, i have a legit account, with years of work that i love, and would not want banned!
And i have my bot account, which the toon has botted from level 1-70.

If i was to transfer my character, from my botted battle.net account, to a separate legit battle.net, under the same name, could that be banned?

Would these be linked in the future, if my botted .net account was banned would my legit .net account get banned also? or if i have a flag on my character, transfer, then does the legit .net account get banned?

Plan is to level toons on the bot account, then transfer them to legit account.

If it is risky, could i just maybe, do all the botting i need to do, wait a while, see if i get banned, if not after waiting a month, feel safe to transfer?

I don't think so because even if you botted and haven't gotten whacked on the bot account, it looks like if you leveled it by "Hand"
I am actually doing the exact same thing, but for me...I will Xfer them until 88-89 that way my brothers can test out the character before they go hardcore PvP at 90. The progression below my bots that are going to be xfer when they reach said levels.

Think once the toon is 90 etc, i'll wait until im happy with the toon, wait a month to see if it was banned and if not, transfer.

Blizz dont really have ban waves do they? they just ban the second you're flagged?

Just scared incase they flag and say, lets leave that for a ban in september...
