Balance CC

Hello guys I will soon ding to 90 with my balance druid and I was wondering which one is the best CC. Is it PureRotation? Hazz? Do those have the same potential as the TuanhaPackages? Thank you in advance and I think that in MoP most classes don't have a worthy cc.

Does anyone know the best balance setups for purerotation? I want it to handle my rotation only, no change form to heal, spam cds and such. Just the optimal rotation.
