How do I use custom classes now?

It's not like it used to be? No custom class folder and when I put it in the routines folder it just uses singular and doesn't let me pick.

Someone please help me out here, I'm lost.
 
Are you using old Custom Classes?
Are the Routines files in the base folder i.e. C:\Honorbuddy\Routines\CC\Files?

I'm really not sure, Singular used to not show up when I used anything except the Singular that came with download of HB.
 
I Just created a post about the same thing, Everything that I find on the subject is old and doesn't apply. I have posted mine under the Support forum but this may have been the better spot.

Someone let me know! my bot is weak ATM...
 
same issues. ive been trying to use a ret pally cc and it makes my HB crash when i put it into the routines folder
 
So it's not only me, thing is, I saw on some warr CC thread, that someone has used it recently(today) so idk. Very confused.

yep. people been using the ret cc im trying to use. cause the cc now just isnt cutting it. it wont use my eternal heal which would give it 0% down time
 
Don't make a CC folder. Just grab CLU from the all in one and make a folder called CLU and put all of the documents in it. Then when you try and start the bot it should ask which one you want to use and never hit singular because it has been a nightmare recently.
 
I am having the same kind of problem, My warlock is only using affliction , like spamming it, and wont use any other skills and its so annoying and i keep dying.. how do i make it use all skills and be smart haha
 
For those trying to use a CC other than Singular, have you tried deleting the Singular folder and having only the alternate CC in the Routines folder?

Wait so I download CLU and put it in the HB folder then put my custom class into the CLU folder?
 
Nah, he was just saying try CLU, as we know clu works (lots of us using it). Then once you have it working, you can install whatever other CC's the same way, at which point if they don't work, they probably need to be updated.
 
I have the CLU folder in my HB folder with all the CLU Files and classes, But i am not prompted and my warlock is still be a retard
 
Download CLU and put it into the Routines folder just like the Singular folder.

Thought I'd wake this thread up again. I am having some major problems with loading my other CCs. There is only one working atm and I assume that's not correct. I am a paladin and I want to use a healing CC but I am not allowed to choose. There is also some kind of error for all the routines in HB. Providing screen wth.webp

let me make sure I have this correct. Cause that doesn't sound too appealing. There is no option to choose your CC? You either remove the files and put one in there and use it, and when y ou want to change you remove it and put in another manually? No way to put all your cc's in the routines folder and have it select the proper one for the class ala singular or atleast allow you a drop down box like the other variables?

Thx for any clarification, I am new to HB however it is working.. just in a fairly limited fashion. Ive read time and time again that Singular is mostly fail so I'm about to hunt down a good oen for my warrior, just have to make sure I know how to use it first.

I don't know where you've read "Ive read time and time again that Singular is mostly fail". This is simply bad information. Singular rocks hard all the PvE stuff I've used it for. Its even performed well in the few dungeons I've run. Tbh, I don't PvP because I don't want to deal with being banned--so I can't speak to that dimension of Singular.

To answer you question, you place whatever Combat Routines you want into the ../Honorbuddy/Routines/ directory. If there is more than one in that directory, Honorbuddy will give you a popup menu asking you to choose "which one" when it launches. Once you've made that selection, you can't change Combat Routines without restarting Honorbuddy.

My hero! So it does work in the same fashion as all the other variables. Awesome news! I wonder why all the questions that point to that not being the case. I apologize I guess I woulda known had I just tried first. Either way when I get home and I'm not on my phone ill give u rep (if I even can, I'm new) thx again
