I think you missed his question there he is asking whether or not it is possible to have the bot pickup globes when mana is low.

As far as i know, no this is not possible. would be a pretty simple Trinity modification i assume but i wouldn't expect this in Trinity anytime soon, as this is unimportant to more than most users
