Any solution about lag spikes and freezes after new patch 1.08 ?

Tried both versions but after that i got problem with my profile and stuck in skycrown at stairs going down on them and then back top again and wont move anymore....

and give some settings that u use

all set at max 200 and still got freezes ...

New version are ok but my profile stuck at skycrown near stairs ... old version db lag spike and freezes like hell ...

Tried to set D3 process on a higher than normal priority?
