Want To Purchase a License - Help

Hey I tried emailing the support for the site that manages the card payments and have no response.

What I would like to ask is....has anyone here, that lives in america, purchased a license for db with a prepaid credit card?

What issues are you facing? Did you go to Demonbuddy the 3rd party Farming and Leveling Tool for the amazing game Diablo III and try to purchase it there?

you might have issues as most prepaid cards do not allow transactions outside of the US. you may need to call the number on the back of your card and tell them to allow the transaction.

I tried this and my card is good for international purchases. My card value is more than enough to cover the amount.
This is the message I get
"Greetings,
something went wrong with the transaction.
If you are from Germany or live temporary in Germany, then buying this product is not allowed and the transaction was declined."

I live in Canada, not Germany.

On top of this I was on the phone with the card provider while I submitted the transaction request. They told me they always see the declined request and for this time they did not see it.

the only thing i can recommend is to send an e-mail to [email protected] and let them know whats going on, your e-mail address may need to be whitelisted. just be aware it can take up to 72 hours for a response since it takes a actual human to process those requests.
