Honorbuddy, ARelog & .Net Framework

I updated to .Net Framework 4.5 because of ARelog (as far as I recall) and now I can't develop properly on my c# projects due to the .Net 4.0 and 4.5 being incompatible.

My question is this: How is Honorbuddy and ARelog standing on .Net requirements? Is 4.5 really required?

Arelog works with Net 4.0,you can uninstall 4.5
