Gatherbuddy 30 Day Initial Subscription

Hey,

Ordered the Gatherbuddy + 30 Day Initial Subscription. I cna login to the shop, when when I try logging in via the GB App I get "Auth Bad". I've verified that the invoice is paid/approved, whatnot.

What can I do? I PM'd Boss, but he must be busy.

keep in mind that your info is case sensitive

I've triple checked my login to make sure that wasn't the case (I used the same copy and paste to login to the shop and manage my account, and login to these forums.) It is the same login as the shop correct? Also when I go under "Manage Services" in the shop, I don't have anything listed.

you must use your shop info in order to log in

Yup I am able to login there. Granted I don't have any profiles stored, but I can login.

Done, now I reach an error about SESSION LIMIT, I assume because I had already logged onto the auth servia via http. Looks like that solved my issue, thank you very much Tony
