Hi! So I've been botting so far with a monk now and until recently I just started to use the tempest rush build. It's going really fast and works great. The problem is that it's picking up 1 hands and putting them in the stash unid... How do I make him only loot certain ilvl63 items,demonic essences. all jewelry and all legendaries? So I then came across your thread. This is just brilliant. Thanks really much for doing all of this for us. The problem is that I would like him to loot these certain ilvl63 items, open them, evaluate them and then ask itself if it should keep them or not. From what I understand, your item rule can do that but it's not set to how I want it exactly. I checked the "pickup.dis" but I'm not so sure of how to do it. I was wondering if you could help me do that? Here are the items I want to keep:

//1-Hands//
"Heaven Strand"
"Centurion Spear"
"Demolisher"
"Rune Sword"
"Arch Axe"
//

//Armor//
"Archon Gauntlets"
"Archon Spaulders"
"Archon Armor"
"Razorspikes"
//

//Jewels//
"Ring"
"Amulet"
//

//Legendaries -> Keep all of them

It would be very kind of you, or if you could show me something similar. What does the "Soft" item rule do? It evaluates the item and it choose if it keeps/sells it if it's worth more than a certain amount? And "Hard" item rules means the same thing a bigger amount as a minimum?

Another question would be why is my bot freezing? Before going to work, I start it and when I come back, I only see a diablo 3 screen that's freezed... The rest works great.

If you wanna edit what it picks up, i suggest you do it from inside the Trinity settings user interface. Also if your bot is freezing, can you attach a log for that?

What do you mean? I selected the "use item rules" option and went into the "Item rules" tab but it's not like I can config anything... I can just choose between Soft, Hard or custom... I don't even know what the Soft rule does... As for the bot freezing, I'll post a log next time in happens.

Bot just freezed again. You can see it at the end of the following log file. I put it in a zip format since the file was too big to be uploaded as a .txt.

Are you using any 3rd party hacking tools/software apart from demonbuddy?
 
Let's say I made it work. What would the bot do? Is it going to open the items I want him to loot, evaluate them and then sell or keep?

And for the freeze problem, no I don't use any hacking toolds or software besides demonbuddy.
 
I guess it would be way too complicated for someone like me to make it so it loots only certain items... Does the "Hard" item rule makes it so that he only keeps items worth like 5m+? If not, it keeps items worth how much? I could edit it so it loots only ilvl 63 easily I guess...

The bot/trinity/item loot rules do not know the value of an item. You yourself have to go and check the value of the item yourself ( meaning you gotta know the market value ) before you can choose what minimum item stats you want DB to keep and stash away.
 
And how do I say to the bot for example if I want him to keep weapons with lifesteal, sockets, crit, 800+ dps?

There's not really any link to download that plugin.. It says in the status "PUBLIC BUILT IN TRINITY RELEASE (since 04.12.12)", but there isn't really any plugin that helps you edit it besides the one he shows at the end for the donators. Or else, I think I need to edit it myself.
