EU AH Mule Suspended 16/04

it happened 4 days ago, on the 16th.

i had just sold a 15euro Chantodo, and suddenly Auction Cancelled emails started pouring in and amidst them an Account Locked email.
it just said the regular "AH related issue" and "open a ticket to resolve".

i don't wanna get other accounts banned/locked so i won't open a ticket.

the account was around 2-3 months old, doing RMAH since it was created. only had a lvl6 char.

so i stopped botting EU for now. if i happen to have my bots banned sometime, i'll try to reclaim this mule. otherwise, i'll just leave it suspended.

either paypal/acc nameidnt match or you posted the item with a ***.Somtimes ull get upende upon a RMAH sale.

If ur from europe it should be no problem to reclaim the account. NVM Rio, Brazil.
Since accesing the RMAh from outside Europe is aviolation of the TOS i dont know if you can get the account back depends but somone must have helped u setting up the account ppl.

yeah, paypal and bnet acc name don't match

but like i said, i'm not gonna try to get the account back right now.
don't wanna get banned my few bots still running.

i used a Lithuanian friend's mobile number

this happened to me lots of times even before when I was botting, paypal and email are different and will randomly lock your account. don't be too afraid to open a ticket lol, i even livechat gm while botting.

check out my thread. Similar thing happened to me, but i only had a level 1 on the account. I called and got the account back no problem. The customer service rep told me that the account was locked because it was suspicious of an account with only a level one to be selling items they could not obtain.

make sure that if it's the whole account got locked(meaning not just diablo but the whole battle.net account) to open a ticket regarding battle.net account lock at the ticket section and dont pick 'Diablo 3' it might lower the chance of them investigating that you are a mule to bots.

This happened to my bots. Suspended for "exploit of a bug" not third party programs. I appealed and they won't overturn. My mule and 13 bots banned. Around April 5th

I was upfront about the account and told them I bought the account only to use for a bigger auction house presence. All he suggested was leveling it up before I continued to use it as that and that it could become locked again for the same reason.
