QuestCache MOP Quest Rewards still messed up

This was happening a month or so ago, tried beta all other installs that time. I just installed the new HB fresh installation no plugins and it's doing the same thing. I uploaded a log I just got into MoP the first quest it gave me a choice or 3 staffs as a shadow priest and it chose the first one with spirit instead of the dps one is there any fix after all this time? Yes I have before, i'll try again but to try and fix it I have to delete all the data in my wow folder? It will take awhile to redownload all those patches and updates.

So I got to level with full healing gear ;/ Didn't work.

I reported this same issue weeks ago. The suggested fixes do not work. Period. On any character that has multiple specs it will ALWAYS default to first quest reward even after all caches have been deleted.
