at one point in time you could of linked your Shop Account to your Forum account. but since we dont have Shop Accounts anymore, and we have keys now, its no longer possible to do so.
sorry, but much like the Max's Severed Head Hat in TF2 you had to be around in the right place at the right time to get it.
