Account gets locked every time i reboot PC and/or reboot router.Solution needed.

Solution 1 , stop changeing your IP
Solution 2, don't use wireless internet
Solution 3, Make sure your Lan cable, is plugged into Slot #1 on the router.
when you reboot, make sure no other devices are connected to your router, like computers/laptops/dvd players/xbox's/ps3's/ipads/iphones/ipods.

We aren't doing these smart one. It happened to me 3 times yesterday and just woke up to it.

Did moderators really just delete the other big thread concerning this? Rather annoying as this is a real problem. Botting is more or less impossible right now.

lol, they deleted the other thread and deleted several posts in this one. this had 6 pages, now it's back to 3. stasi-buddy is watching you.

I have all my Bots in different VMs.
Spread out over 3 public IPs, which I can manually change if I want.
I actually know a bit about what I am doing in this regard.

I keep getting locked on ALL of my 18 accounts on EVERY FREAKING Reboot. Actually it also happens if I just close Diablo and then restart it.

What I have tried:
Changed my IPs.
Reinstalled everything.
Used different means of reactivating my accounts - some say if you first answer secret question and then activate via battlenet, it will completely unlock. As in there is a local "safeguard" and one their servers.

Konk:
It's somehow acount specific or it's something DB does - Someone tried just logging in manually and leaving it online for a few hours and see if it gets locked when relogging?
But I for one can't bot like this. No way am I going to sit and restart bots over and over again manually.

Same here, I'd say that I know my business pretty well. Doesn't keep me from getting locked. I wonder why they would just delete that thread? It was meant to be a objective discussion to approach this locking-problem. Yet they delete it uncommented.

It's simple.your accounts are flagged :D Blizzard stupid servers have a bug. You will be banned soon. All of you that can't connect. Good luck. Only solution is if you send me 40$ and box of "Guatamala Mc'Donalds Chocolate fish".....

I posted earlier that I think this lock can be a warning from bliz. I think they detect multiple clients on 1 mac/ip/d3 client (in case of locked accs). That might be the final warning :)

I would like to know what happened to the other thread where some kind of Authentificator support by Demonbuddy was requested. I'm not sure it was intentionally deleted as a lot of other posts simply dissapeared yesterday evening. So it may have had something to do with the forum maintenance yesterday.

Any moderator around to explain please? Tony, Codename, whoever....

Who told you that? Or is that just your opinion?

I run multiple regions, multiple computers. If a computer gets "flagged" the accounts running on it will get locked over and over. Computers that run multiple regions that aren't flag won't get locked. Hence my assumption that regions don't matter.

Also it has nothing to do with static/dynamic ip as a mate of mine who is using a static IP is getting locked on flagged computers as well, he has some computers that aren't flagged (yet) so the accounts running on those won't get locked.

It has nothing to do with game-installation as re-installing and deleting reg-keys won't help. It has nothing to do with MAC, changing MAC doesn't help. Maybe a reinstallation of windows will (temporarily) fix it. But consistently re-installing windows shouldn't be a solution to this. That's why I made a thread about integration authenticator support into DB core which got deleted. You remember it right, the thread where you spread your shittalk as well?

I do the same, the only difference is I don't have a single account with any issues.

Have you seen any threads in the bnet forums about this issue?

And you are not helping by saying "I don't have any issues". As I have plenty of accounts that don't have any issues as well even though their setup is EXACTLY the same as on the accounts that get locked. So please enjoy having the luck to not be bothered by this yet, but don't rub it into our faces as we were doing something wrong which simply isn't the case.
