''Max sessions'' but when i go to buddy auth nothing is there how do i fix it?

Hey, I've had this problem for a while but haven't got around to solving it, it's when I start up honor buddy its keeps saying ''max sessions'' and i know someone is not on my account so i go to the buddy auth website and there is no sessions running so i can't cancel it someone please help <3

you may already have hb open, check your system tray on the bottom right hand corner, if you minimize hb thats where it goes

then you are no registered with the same email you used in checkout page

thats why you can see the active sessions as well

but again,if you cant track your key it means you are not registered with the correct email,changing your key wont solve your problem
