Sent email to support to ask for refund but not getting any answer?

Hey guys, I recently purchased 6 bots this last Saturday/sunday of march. Now is almost 1 week! I ask for refund 2-3 days ago because I got banned and need to rethink my botting situation. I have yet to receive and reply, just an automated email stating the date of my email. I wonder if this is enough or am I fucked?

I realize its holy week and such that's why I tried to sent private mails to tony and bossland regarding it but got no real response.

send another e-mail to support, make sure you include your key.

make sure to check your spam folders to make sure any response you already got didn't get put in there.

usually it could take up to 72 hours for a response.

I only got the automated response from when I first emailed. But this shows that I requested refund before my 7 days right? Anywas I check spam folder. Nothing there about answer. I resent the mail just to be sure. ty

we know that e-mail's can get lost and they take time to respond to, so you should still be fine, just make sure you mention you sent and e-mail before.

ok. hope it ends well. I just got fucked over by 6 perma bans in the ass. and another ban again today right now. im so broke I need to sell my self on the street for cheap change to continue botting. im so addicted.
