Feral Druid Singular broken?

Is the Feral Druid Singular broken?

My Druid don't use any atacks when i'm using DungeonBuddy

I looked in the Combat Log. My druid does some damage, but only with auto attack. He uses no attacks that costs energy. I'm using the bot-base Combat Bot.

When i hit the training dummies in "Shrine of seven stars" it use energy and it used combo points. However, not Rip. Your team maybe can check the Singular for Ferals
