Is it posable to add a timer on a grind profile?

Hey am making a grind profile, and betwin 2 hotspots i want the bot to stop for 2 sec, do anyone know how to add a wait timer in a GRIND profile, it seems like its not the same as adding a wait timer on a quest profile.?

The Questing bot and grammar are perfectly capable of doing the simpler grind activities. Plus, this gets you access to the custom behaviors that you seek.

In fact, most profile writers nowadays use the Questing bot, even they are just going to grind due to the advanced command set. An extreme example is Botanist's Pangaea pack (grinding, but uses Questing bot).

For more examples, dig through Kick's profiles and look for where he defines a GrindArea and uses the GrindTo directive.
