hey i am interested in purchasing this bot have a few questions!!

hey interested in this bot please answer these few questions
1) 1 payment to keep it forever, correct?
2) is it updated to patch 5.2 and is it continually updated
3) do people get banned with it alot

yes honorbuddy always gets updated with in a few hours mostly when there is a new patch going on you dont ge tbanned in wow if you bot smart and use questbot to lvl up your toons you can also raid with hb with lazyraider or tyrael and let the bot do the rotation for healing or dps and you only move also dont bot 24/7 just like 10 hours a day or so and never keep farming all day also try to make own profiles for gatherbuddy with zap recorder. and you can do arena aswel

What hte above guys have said, I have had it since 2010 and never been banned. Just have to bot smart. I never bot AFK im always at my computer, it is super good at what it does but you never know and nothing screams bot like running in circles around a mail box >.<
 
Being banned has nothing to do with the bot itself.
If you play for 24 hours your risk of being banned is very high.
If you bot for your rotation only then the risk is tiny.

Use your common sense.

I seen that people was banned because they was only farming.

While this is almost entirely true, it's not 100% true.

Who among us *hasn't* been using a profile they've tested and run dozens of times only to look away from the pc for five minutes and come back to the bot freaking out in some new and unexpected way, with several whispers lolling at you for botting?

The software is great and well worth the money, but I don't think any of the devs would claim it runs perfectly 100% of the time. It's great code. It has fewer issues than WoW itself in my experience (cough, error 132, cough). But it still messes up at times, and nearly always it's that moment when you look away for just a second.

You buy a 10 year license.
Ofcourse the bot is getting updated.
Some people are getting banned. You would probable get banned, you seem stupid.

  1. Payment
    The bot purchase payment is one time, not recurring.

    We no longer call the product "lifetime", but the "Elite Editions" are effectively the same thing.

  2. Updates
    Yes, the bot is updated to patch 5.2.

    It was working about 32 hours after the 5.2 patch dropped. This is significant because 5.2 had extensive internal structure changes to the WoWclient that were on the same order as an expansion pack. The development team had to write a lot of new code to make things work again--it wasn't just a simple matter of updating a few memory locations.

    Since then, we've had a boatload of 'ninja patches' in the interim, and the development team is keeping up. Honorbuddy is still not quite as stable as it was pre-5.2, but the development team is working hard to put things right as quickly as possible.

    Presently, the bot can easily be used today for Questing, Grinding, Gathering, whatever. We know there are still issues with Battlegrounds. We've seen reports of problems with quest reward selection, in some cases.


  3. Banning
    As the others have stated, bans are mostly associated with the botting behavior you select. Battlegrounds are a great way to get your accounts banned quickly. It seems that PvPers are very fussy about bots in Battlegrounds, and will report anything that doesn't smell right at the drop of a hat. Heck, they even report other players if they're not "playing right".

When farming BGs I set it to only queue for Alterac Valley and it works very well, even ran it over night with no problems.

Grinding I usually do in the evening for 3-4 hours at a time.

Questing is absolutely amazing with Kicks 1-90 pack, The druid I started yesterday is already 44.

I do recommend sitting at your computer and watching the bot, Talk in guild chat, respond to whispers every so often. But yes Honorbuddy is a great bot for basically everything you could even think of.

Just remember don't bot like a retard non-stop all the time and it will reduce the chance of you being banned, personally I have never received a ban and I've been botting since Burning Crusade with multiple different bots
 
i wouldnt do bg farming with hb alot of people seem to get banned for it what i do to get pvp gear is i farm justice points with tyrael and move self in dungeons and farming justice points goes quicker then farming honor and you dont have to risk anything
 
had over 8 accounts banned using this software due to trying to mine/herb. So be careful

wel did u used public profiles i used public profiles back in the days to farmed for 20 hours in uldem the good days then got banned but now i farm 5 6 hours with my own made profile with zap recorder and im stil fine

I wouldn't use Gatherbuddy or bgbuddy atm and you should be fine. I had one gatherer banned last week and although it was my first ever ban I only botted 4hrs a day, never mailed anything and used my own profile. So you can be banned even if you play safe using GB atm, don't go into it thinking you will never get banned if you bot under 10hrs a day with your own profile. At the moment I would stay away from those two, I only use lazyrider/tyrael on my main accounts and they work fantastic.

But the most important thing is don't bot on an account you don't want to lose. Best piece of advice ever as i only lost my farmer and not my two main accounts :)

Name calling is a little unnecessary. Everyone was new to botting at some point. And that is certainly the most likely time you'll be caught: when you're new, unfamiliar with the program and various plugins, and haven't developed good botting habits yet.

If you do buy it, take it really slow. Familiarize yourself with the plugins available to keep your account safe. Read lots of guides on not getting banned. Consider for yourself what makes sense and what doesn't. If you get a new gathering profile, watch it run at least two full circuits to make sure there are no obvious issues that could get you reported. That sort of stuff can be the difference between being caught and not losing your account.

It has nothing to do with the fact that he's new. His questions for one thing are ridiculous. He's not capitalizing anything, not using commas or even dots. Clear signs of lack of intelligence.
 
That is one of the least logical reasons for calling someone stupid, which is pretty ironic.
