Buddy Auth Key gone

Hello, my key is gone from the buddyauth side :)

It says i have a expired key, which is to Diablo .. Last time i used honorbuddy was with a trial for the Demonbuddy :) .. So guess thats the key that is expired.

But my Honorbuddy key is gone.
 
are you sure your logging into the right buddyauth account?

if you know your key, but it isnt listed you can can just send an e-mail to [email protected] and request it be added to your buddyauth account.

I think im loggin into the right account, atleast when i get the password send to my mail thats the name i get . :) But dno if the Demonbuddy trial i made is inflicting with honorbuddy, and i dont remember my key , dont have it saved havent used honorbuddy for kinda some time.
 
What am i supposed to do here ? Some Admin or something that might be interrested in helping, i have used Honorbuddy for ages , and never had any issues before i tried that demonbuddy trial out, and suddenly key is disapeared.

1. I checked that i used real login name and i do.
2. I tried to get a new password send to the mail i always have used, and it does send me a new password (But still only the expired Diablo Key)

Some help would be more than apreciated.
 
like i said you need to send an e-mail to support and try and provide enough information so they can recover your key and add it back to your buddyauth account.

I have send them a message about the issue, explained what have happened, and what i think could be the reason, mainly about the Diablo trial bot i tried, and after that i lost the wow Honorbuddy key, i provided them with info about my mail, and other stuff, so they actually could validate it is me, and even see that i have bought the key (I hope they can atleast)

Anyways, since this is an payment issue / lost product i think this should be priotized over most other problems, and as well being solved first, yet i havent reciaved any mail or answer from them , within 4-5 days which in my eyes are kinda slow, and bad service.

I dont know what to do from here, but since i know this aint my fault i hope your gonna do something about it soon

send another, they should of gotten back to you by now, check your spam folder and make sure any responses aren't lost in there.

ill try send another, i have checked spam and i have logged into the bossland homepage, where u can see issues going on, nothing have been solved yet, guess trying again is only solution tbh :)
 
He replied the first one after tons of days passed ..

He asked me if he may know my key, so he can put it into my auth, as well he told it was a bug with the Demon Buddy trial...

I even wrote in the message that 'I DO NOT KNOW MY KEY' ... Yet he choose to ask me for the key, i mean first of all it takes 5 days to answer, secondly the supporter doesnt even read the bug reported....

I have answered again that i do not know my key... I hope this problem will be solved soon......l
