Drop Rate is bugged. Only 2 Pages of it on US GAH and 2 Pages on US RMAH.

There's not much on the market because rares are better. Meaning people don't bother to sell ouroboros when they have a 10/100 ammy.

It used to drop all the time prior to the patch where they modified legendaries.
I haven't seen a single one since, though!
