WoW Windows

Heya Guys, i wanna know how is it possible to open multiple wow Windows to get the same FPS..

If i click on the windows there i have 300fps but the other windows has online 30fps ??? I dont know how to handle it. Cauze there are many CC?s outside they didn?t work with this fps... I hope someone can help me ...

Im not sure if this will help but the way i do it is i right-click copy the WoW.exe and paste is on my desktop and name it to WoW1.exe and put it back in my World of Warcraft folder and do it for as many times as windows you need open! it helps my fps stay down.
