Gatherer in druidflightform doesnt pick up herbs and ores because he is to fast!?!!

Hello,

could someone help me?

My druid in flightform tries to gather herbs and ores but everytime it is in front of them, he interact with the herbs but dont pick them up because he is to fast in his flightform!

what should I do?

This cant be solved with a Log because there is no error or something that could give you a tip. Is there a away to change the times how long he need to pick up ores herbs
