Look to be honest, I think these forums need to be more heavily moderated. Not because of people asking seemingly silly questions like the OP, but because each person that asks a question is a paying customer and might not be as up-to-date with the way of things concerning HonorBuddy and how these forums work. This isn't 4chan. If newbies ask a question, there is no need to be a dick like turbo. The fact is that people have paid money for a service and just want to know what is going on without having to trawl through poorly built search options. CodenameG's post was helpful as it should be.
I would suggest that moderators either tightly police their forums for dick responses or a script be build that sends an email to registered addresses each time there is a reason that HonorBuddy won't function.
It's just simple marketing. Treat people like idiots and they won't come back.
