Hi, I lost my job like 2 months ago and I started thinking about botting again (I was botting pirox like 3-4 years ago) and chose diablo 3 but it seems its really bad now and you need a good pc to run 8-10 bots while wow seems to use less requirements.
The main problem is I have 0 knowledge about wow atm and i dont even have an account but I read that guide saying you need 5 accounts 2x gatherers 2x crafters 1x sell AH and I found it interesting.
I think I need like 200? to buy new fresh accounts and start botting 1-90 lol

How many money can you make using that strategy per week? and how long would it take to me to start making that money, I mean leveling up the toons, professiones, setting HB perfectly working, etc.

Thanks for the answers / advices I also say if I start with this I could pay for good help.

Regards~

To be honest - get a job first...you can always fall back on that :)

Use botting as a hobby, then if you can/do become able to live from the profits - success :)

good luck.

Can start with three full accounts and a battle chest. Use 2 accounts to gather one account to shuffle and the battlechest account as an AH bot. I was making $75-150 a week doing this a bit ago on a slow server. I think the price of gold has droped a little since then but i know people who pull in much more than that with three accounts. To get started it would take maybe a week and a half to get leveled up and all professions that you need leveled as well. if done right it can be worth it. Need any help my skype is HGOUTYT

yeah about the work, it was just long story short but I can explain it in few words, so here it goes only just for curious out there:
I honestly have a job, from 4 years now. Its only weekends and I earn ~500€ and I live with my parents. I am 23 at the moment and I've been since I was 20 training/studying to become a fireman. Here in Spain its really hard to achieve it. You have to wait 3-4 years for only one chance even if you are full prepared you just have to wait because the goverment has 0 money and it only offers "job" every 3-4 years. So If I miss this one I will be a bit in nowhere in life, as if you fail its as if you just wasted 3-4 years of your life.

So while I think about what doing now, maybe coming back to university, preparing myself for policeman, who kwnows... I just wanted to earn some money and trying to bot as I just like it

I just shared here my personal thoughts in a lenguage I dont even talk, to some guys I dont even know... this is weird but I just felt like that.

There are no real answers to your questions. Let me start by recommending you to buy SoR accounts if you are on European servers. Save yourself some money and you only have to level 80-90. How long it will take to level your toons obviously depends on how many hours you are botting. How long it will take you to level your crafting professions depends on whether or not the mats required are available to you. How much money you can make is probably the hardest question to answer. It depends on how many hours per day you are botting, if your stuff is selling or not, which server you are botting at and last but not least who you sell your WoW Coins to.

You should probably estimate a week or two to get it all ready, depending on whether you're gonna buy new accounts or SoR and how fast you can level your professions.

As for the question "Is it worth it" - if you are unemployed and has nothing else to do I would say it is very much worth it. It is kind of a dry streak right now though, mats are up for cheap on the AH, we're not making that much money, there's a lot of people trying to get a peace of the cake. Gold buyers pays you ridiculously small amounts for the gold etc etc. But I'd say go for it. I'd say its a pretty safe investment. If you play it smart it will pay off.

I've been since I was 20 training/studying to become a fireman.

I wish you all the very best of luck with this, It takes a special person to be able to run towards trouble that people will run away from :)

Sounds like it would be fun ^.^ I also wish best of luck

i sold alot gold in diffrent mmo's, the problem is not makeing the gold, getting banned etc, the problem is you need to compet with people who do this for a living.
incase you wanna sacrifice your real job feature for botting, you have alot reading to do, cause lets face it, after 1 week you dont wanna sit infront 4 screens watching over 40 bots, you want them to handle themself, and req only 1-2 hours a day, selling the actual gold.
so figure out what kinda programs that are out there, if you did bot in d3, you will know they had the program that manage to send all gold items etc to your main account, and continue botting, so all you had to focus on was that 1 account.

my advice get a job, and use botting as and extra income, that is what i did, i ran 6 bots in d3 while i was at work, when i came home, i made around 100$ a day, untill the prices got unrealistisk nerfed, but it's good pocket money.

if you wanna live on botting, your biggest problem to start with aint how meny you should run, how good your pc is, it's makeing memberships on diffrent forums, who have a sell/buy/trade section.
get into the market see prices, monitor how it goes, if prices goes up or down, " useally down " but wow hit it's cap for now i think, i can tell you most forums, sell 1k for below 1$.
so i can allready tell you now the above setup wont be enough.

1: get a client base, and talk with people start slow, gain some rep and trust, and solidt buyers, and grow bigger, main problem with wow is they have so meny servers, so you really need to find reliable buyers on the server you wanna bot on.
2: dont waste your rl money on new games and bot licenses, incase u get banned it's pure loss, i know it sucks and takes time, but start out with 1 account, and use the cash you sell to buy new accounts and expand, slow progress, but incase you get caught you wont have to look back and say fml, at the end of the day it's more important you get some food, over 3 new characters.
so unless you have the start amount to go all big, this is your only option, and you wont regreat if you start something that is simple to hard to keep up with, cause honest, it's not easy to compet these days with a game so old.
3: another option you might find on these forums, is actual gold sites, " members who have there own site " witch useally accept alot of gold on a regular basis, " but be aware the price you hopeing for, will probally be much less then expectet"

i can tell you i startet botting 1 month ago on my main, i had to monitor the account just for extra safety, cause this was my only income, now i got 3 accounts total, and only money i used so far, from my own pocket was on my main, the gold i sold has gotten me the 2 other accounts + license.
that said i been lucky to find 4 buyers i can barely keep up with on orders, but it was all thanks to those forums, as they say, it is not big orders that makes you rich, it's all the small ones you know that will keep rolling forever.

not sure if this helpet you out, but that is my honest advice.

and btw, im half spanish, and got a huge familly down there, i visit evry year, so i know the trouble you going truh, so meny of my friends, can barely get a job as well, not even in a pizza shop, if that is what they wanted.
and the chinease aint helping either atm on the market, stealing all the jobs, and importing all the knock offs.
wish you best of luck, and hope you make it truh as a firefighter, just dont give up on your real life over botting.

thanks a lot for the answer, im leveling 2x bots right now to gather herbs/mines but my pc is crying a bit 50% cpu use + 40% ram use. i only have 4gb ram its an old pc.

can u recommend me sometthing to run 15-20 wow bots if I decide to start botting seriously?

get your two chars to 90 first, try it out.. farm for a month or so..
sell the gold, and have a look if you like it.. then you can invest into a better pc, more accs, more bots.. more money ..

- but tbh. Get a job, it's 100% going to be worth more, and you get to go out xD

of course i am gonna wait a month or so to see the profit and if its worth it for me. and about the job etc, read my second comment I explained my whole life there : /

If you "know zero" about WoW then you are wasting your time trying to make money off of it. You need to know the game well enough to know how to turn items and mats into gold. Simply farming mats and selling them on the AH is not very profitable with all of the current competition. Once you learn to make gold and create ingame wealth (a study in its own right) you will then have to learn how to sell gold for cash to a trustworthy buyer. With all of the scammers willing to take your gold and reverse payment on you it's not easy to get a regular money making system going with WoW currency (that's another extended lesson that takes time, research, and learning from failures). So, you could possibly be up and going in a matter of a few months, but if you are like most botters then you will probably not make enough to ever pay for your starter fees.
