its has to do with your OS and not with Hb

make sure your OS is updated

So make sure that you have the latest updates from Windows by using Windows update from your start menu.

Also make sure that you have the latest version of .NET Framework on your PC, this is usually included with Windows updates.
Some updates won't become available until others have been installed so be sure to restart your PC and check again after installing the first set of updates.

Ok so the link that Tony included gives a good explanation of why this error can happen. It is, as he said, not related to Honorbuddy but to your actual system.

I've had a quick read through it and it looks like the error you are getting can happen when you have multiple installations of .NET Framework installed on your PC.
So what is recommended is to uninstall all versions of .NET Framework from your PC and then only download and install the latest version directly from Microsoft site.

You should be able to uninstall your .NET Framework version from 'Add/Remove program' and the newest version of .NET framework, try using the HB installation pre-requisite tool.

Our bot works fine, you need to make sure your system has the correct updates to be utilized by the bot
