Need help- beginner!

hey guys im a new person when it comes to botting.. :/ i know for a fact that i have DB installed and that i have a profile to use for my character to run. My problem is i want to use GilesTrinity for the plugin but im not really sure on what to do. i dont know what to download and such, im just very confused! please some help me so i can not be such a noob. :P
 
you download the zip file and extract it to your plugins folder.

for the combat rotuine you do the same thing, but instead of the plugins folder, your going to extract it to your routines folder.

You can find all the files you need for Trinity in the link below. Make sure you download both.
place Trinity (Plugin) and Trinityroutine(Routine) in the respective folders.( Make sure you're using the Trinity combat routine when using trinity as this is a prerequisite)

Secondly, Take a look inside Demonbuddy Profiles to find a profile which you deem suitable for your character's needs. Also take time to make sure you've the required plugins installed ( Some profiles require some special plugins; again, place these plugins within your "Plugin" Folder)

If you're still unsure, please be more specific. ie, stating exactly what you do not know how to setup or whatever.

ok! i think i got the plugins and routines! now for my final question is what do i do with the profile that i downloaded? where does it need to go? im sorry if im giving anyone such trouble i dont mean too.

Profiles go into the profile folder. It should work as soon as you've gotten them into the right folders.

After which, Run your diablo 3 in window mode then start up your demonbuddy.
And VIOLA~

It doesn't really come with one for whatever reason. You can right click in the Demonbuddy folder you made and goto New -> New Folder -> name it Profiles
It doesn't really need to be in there, but you should keep them all together to reduce files being everywhere. Once you do that, load up Demonbuddy, and goto Load to find your profile. If things don't work correctly, follow the instructions on the specific profile page on getting it to work. Some need different plugins, some don't.

^^ What he said. Just create the respective folders if they're not within the main Demonbuddy folder itself.
 
okay guys i really appreciate the help! :) one last thing i have is this came up
Failed to load profile: Path to profile element is not valid; file not found
what does that mean? i got all the plugins that the profile required and everything else where it needed to go.
am i missing anything else?

Honestly, I got no clue. My bot usually works even after that pops up.

Try stopping then starting again and make sure you're where the profile says you need to be to start it

Please attach a log so that we can help you

How To Attach A Log

EDIT: By the ways, you can find the log file in the log folder within demonbuddy. Please attach the one that shows the element error.

i don't know what a relogger is, sorry ;/..
Uhm as far as using a log, i dont know how that helps.
Demonbuddy just keeps saying
Failed to load profile: Path to profile element is not valid; file not found
an in case anyone wants to know what profile im using it is the Act3 the champion hunter, something like that..
 
use a different profile, i don't think that one was updated for 1.07, unless i am mistaken
